Reflection, Learning and Application
My Process
My process with clients, in coaching or consultancy, is firstly to understand the change they want to see, from their current state to their vision for the future. We then identify actions that support their journey and walk the path of transformation together, through a continuous process of reflection, learning and application.
My work is based on the simple theory that for someone to feel fulfilled in themselves and their work, they must first have their basic needs met: safety, security, and belonging. As a social psychologist, I focus on exploring both the internal factors that influence these needs, as well as the external, social factors that influence us. Our personal and professional selves are directly intertwined, and by developing one, we develop the other.
