I work with organisations who are ready to transform their culture to create inclusion and belonging for their people, by fostering diversity, promoting equity for all and ensuring their people feel valued for their unique and authentic selves.

My speciality in this area focuses on gender transformation, based on feminist principles of accountability, intersectionality, dismantling bias, and challenging power norms. This approach recognises the unique lived experience of each individual, based on their personal experiences and identities.

Due to the nature of this work, my experience has broadened to address a range of diversities, especially around racial transformation and healing, since working in the South Africa context, to which the same principles can be applied to support the fair and equitable experience for all. It is clear that only by acknowledging how our experiences are influenced by our race, gender, socio-economic background and many other things, can we start to address and repair the social and structural inequalities that are a legacy of our history.

I am fortunate to have built a solid network within this space that enables me to draw on other’s knowledge and skillset. Through this collaboration, we are able to ensure that out teams are built specifically to meet each client’s needs.
