I believe in the economic empowerment of women through education and employment. In order to achieve that, we must ensure fundamental needs are met:
There is much work to do in these areas, and I am pleased to have supported a number of charities around the world over the last years in their work to support female empowerment. From interview coaching in the UK to working on a farm in Nepal, these experiences have taught me so much about myself, my values and my privilege, as well as giving me the opportuning to work with different cultures and learn from women in different walks of life.
I also believe that coaching provides valuable support to woman in underserved communities in supporting them to find their career path and growth. I am excited to be exploring research opportunities to explore this further, to find data to validate the need for coaching in these communities. If you are interested in funding or supporting this research, please contact me.
